Big Mountain Open
The Big Mountain Open freeride contest is for freeriders with no ranking. During the Open, four riders (ski and snowboard, m/f) have the chance to qualify for the 4* FWQ contest Big Mountain Hochfügen on February 9th. The Big Mountain Open will be held on the new face "Spitzlahn". 85 riders will compete at the Big Mountain Open. Riders can register online on the organizer’s website. Registration is open from December 4th to January 4th 2013.

The registration fee for Big Mountain Open is € 70,00 which includes international insurance and the ski ticket for the contest day. If the contest is cancelled due to bad snow or weather conditions, competitors will receive a refund of the registration fee if the contest is cancelled 21 days prior to event, a 50 percent refund of the registration fee and full refund of insurance if the contest is cancelled 7 to 2 days prior to the arrival date and no refund of the registration fee but full refund of insurance after the arrival date.
